Every quote separates one-time project fees, recurring management fees, and hardware/software costs. Hardware, licenses, and internet service are quoted separately and are not included in the service fees above.
Recurring charges scale with users, devices, locations, and included support. Additional work is scoped and quoted separately.
For veterinary practices: reception connectivity, exam-room coverage, staff mobility, guest access, and connectivity for vendor-supported equipment. For other businesses: checkout systems, offices, workshops, warehouses, and outdoor work areas.
